We get involved early on in the conceptual stages of the project to look after the design phase of the project – we work closely with architects and engineers and consult on the structural design and work out how much that design will cost to build.
To ensure cost accuracy and eliminate cost discrepancies, we employ industry expert estimators who understand up-to-date cost and expenses.
Once construction begins on site, our onsite project manager(s) work extremely closely with site managers, civil engineers, quantity surveyors, and trades or craft people. We ensure the project is built to the agreed quality, budget and timeframe. We work closely with architects and engineers to take instructions about the design and run any design-related problems past them.
